Do you know someone who you think deserves a reward for their good work?

For the first time, Cara Pharmacy is asking our customers to help us choose the winner of the cara Carer of the Year.

We want you to let us know about people who you feel devote a large part of their time and energy to caring for another person or people.

Your nominee can be one of the following:
• Anyone who cares for one person or many.
• They may care for a neighbour, a family friend or a friend.
• They may be a devoted foster parent.
• It may also be someone from the caring profession such as a care worker or nurse.

We want to reward someone whose extraordinary commitment to others is over and above the normal call of duty. Someone who you feel is making a real difference in our community.

The winner of this prestigious award will receive a fabulous 2 night pampering weekend break at the 5* Solis Lough Eske Castle in Donegal, a makeover and a Luxurious Hamper to the value of €500

To assist the judging panel in making their decision, please feel free to attach any further relevent information you feel which could help them come to a decision.

The judges will narrow the nominees down to 10. This will then be put into the Donegal Post and the public will decide the winner. Nominees will be contacted by cara pharmacy before any further publications should they be in the final 10.
