Our store in Bundoran is located on the Main Street and is our Flagship store. The store was relocated and refurbished in 2005, and is now approximately 3000 sq foot of retail space. The store is within walking distance from all the main amenities in the town including the beach, Waterworld, Supervalu Shopping Centre and all hotels.

Our Bundoran store is well known for its product selection, including a wide range of Fragrances, Jewellery and Yankee Candles. The store is also home to an extensive selection of health and sports related products.

Upstairs is where our Photo and Personalisation services Station is located. Develop and print your special memories or create a masterpiece on canvases, mugs, photobooks and more.

Our Bundoran store is open on Sundays with a Pharmacist on Duty for dispensing and advice.

Our Donegal Store is located in the Supervalu Shopping Centre. This bright inviting store includes a generous Fragrance Area and an extensive range of health and beauty items.The store is easy accessible from the town centre which is only a few minutes walk.

Cara Killybegs opened in March 2012, having acquired the well-known McGee’s Pharmacy and marked the opening of our 12th store! Since opening, the team has brought the Cara ethos of customer care and putting the customer first to Killybegs and are really looking forward to future development plans!

Located on the main street the store offers customers a range of leading Fragrances, Skincare brands including Vichy and La Roche-Posay, Cosmetics as well as a full selection of Yankee Candles.

Acquired from Mulreaneys in 2007, our Quayside store is located in the well known shopping centre in Sligo City. The store has approx 2000sq ft of retail space and is open seven days per week.

The store has an extensive range health and beauty agencies including luxury brands such as Lancôme, Clarins and Benefit. 

The centre hosts a multistory car park within in the Shopping Centre.The store is also withing walking distance of the City Centre and local hotels.

Our store in Wine Street is located opposite the Tesco Carpark and beside Mulreaneys Opticians. It is located to the left of the top of O’Connell Street and a few minutes walk from the Glasshouse Hotel.

The store hosts a wide selection of health related products and provides specialist services in this area. It is also located close to a number of GP and Dental Practices located on Wine Street.

Our Drumshanbo store was acquired with the Manor Group in 2003. It is located on the main street and is the only pharmacy in Drumshanbo.

The store is extremely health focused and provides a wide range of services in this area, as well as stocking Yankee Candle and an extensive selection of Fragrance. The store also employs a number of local familiar faces.

Our Ballinamore store is located on railway road in Ballinamore conveniently adjacent to the Doctor’s surgery. Ample free car parking is available close by and we are located conveniently within a short distance of the town centre and local Tesco shopping centre.

Along with prescription and health services our store also specialises in a large range of cosmetics, fragrances and gifts. We are stockists for Yankee Candle and have a large display of Jewellery ranges.

Cara acquired the well-known Stenson’s Pharmacy which has traded for over 30 years and is ideally located in Longford’s Main Street, the first for the group in Longford.

Our Ballyconnell store is located on the Main Street in Ballyconnell and is easy accessible with free parking. The store has a high sales mix, and while providing excellent health services, also stocks a wide range of Yankee Candle and all your favourite Fragrances.

The store is only a short distance from the Slieve Russell Hotel and local restaurants. It is also extremely close to the Fermanagh border and local town Derrylin.

In June 2019, The Cara Group officially opened the doors of it's first Cork store which was re-located to Douglas, Cork.
